TODO, Justice. Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of a charge of selling marijuana, Minn.St. 152.09, subd. 1(1), and was
sentenced by the trial court to a maximum term of 5 years in prison, the sentence to run consecutively to a sentence of defendant
for a prior offense. The issue on this appeal from judgment of conviction is whether the trial court erred in denying a motion
for mistrial after a prosecution witness testified on cross-examination about suspected prior drug involvement of defendant.
We affirm.
